Frame: Double-butted 4130 chromoly frame
Fork: RockShox Reba W/ Motion Control
Crankset & BB: Truvativ FireX 3.2 GXP BB
Front Derailleur: Shimano Deore
Rear Derailleur: SRAM X-9
Bar/Stem: Ritchey Pro flat bar / Ritchey Pro
Shifters: SRAM X-7
Saddle: WTB Rocket V Comp
Seatpost: Ritchey Pro
Hubset: Shimano Deore F&R
Front/Rear Rim: WTB Laserdisc Trail 29"
Front/Rear Tire: Kenda Nevegal 29" 2.2 Stick-E Rubber
Front/Rear Brakes: Avid BB5 mechanical disc brakes 160mm Rotors

It's not a featherweight XC machine that's for sure (just over 13Kg), but feels nice and solid; and really builds up speed quickly. Took a spin up the Pentlands, and had a lot of fun getting the bike a little dirty. The ride back down was a blast, and even scary a few times due to the speed this thing gets up to.

Fairly happy with all the parts at the moment, so probably won't replace anything until something breaks (Although it is tempting to grab a set of hydraulic brakes). The only extras at the moment are the Ritchey Pro bar ends, Ritchey grips, and a few Lizard Skins bits and bobs.

Very nice.. like that a lot.

If set up correctly the Avid mechanical disks are superb (BB5 or BB7?)

Make sure periodically you remove and clean the fork boots and headset protector as gunkk gets in behind and can cause problems
