Just purchased an Elite turbo trainer from Fleebay and it has no instructions any one guide me in how i fit it to my bike with a Qr rear wheel.

There are specific QR levers which fit turbos(usually come with it). But I think the elite ones also work with Shimano QR skewers . Like these http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=346430
