Dual Air Confusion!

I've read the manual and also Super's FAQ, but I'm still confused.
I set the + chamber to allow for 15% sag, then inflate the - chamber to the same pressure. As soon as I've done that and get back on the bike the sag is then approx. 35%. What am I doing wrong?
Even with 15psi difference, it's still the same.

new fork?
friction in the bushes not allowing things to move easily. add more to the pos to reduce the sag."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Yeah, they are new, Nick. When both chambers are empty and I add to the +, they are very stiff indeed.
Should I remove air from both chambers and start again, and then add more air to the +, and then add air to the - chamber?
Or, can I just continue to add to the + until I get the sag I require, and then add the air to the - chamber?0 -
I would just add a bit more to the +ive so you get a sag you want and then go and bounce around out side for a bit."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Take the bike with you when you do it0

Nah it is more fun with out the bike.
but does bugger all for the fork."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I know you've all said it before, but the guidelines on the fork legs regarding weight to psi ratio is pants!
For my weight it advises approx. 95psi, but I've had to go up to 130psi just to get 15% sag. :shock:0 -
15% sag is quite low - most people go for 25%0

Thats exactly same as my old problem. I don't think its uncommon and i think the psi reading are a rough guide.
As Supersonic said 15% is a v.low sag.Giant XTC SE 2006

and is why RS now show the sag on the inner legs."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
