Hi, have used the search option, but found loads and loads of garmin related stuff.

As such, can anyone advise if spare parts are available. I want to run the 705 on two bikes, but don't want to have to keep swapping stuff. Nor can I afford the cost of another unit. I need everything but the main unit though I have the handle bar support.

Anyone know of a decent UK supplier of parts as cant seem to find much online.

Thanks in advance.

Pete.

I bought an extra cadence sensor from Amazon some time ago, still available through them

though I'm sure you could get it from ebay or the like

Not sure what else you need besides the bar mount which you say you've got, you can always tell the garmin to use GPS to calculate distance rather than the wheel magnet

Chain Reaction sell the stem mounts and (I think) the GSC 10 sensor. To be honest, unless you HAVE to have the cadence on your second bike, you don`t need the GSC10 sensor, just let the GPS do the speed like Al says^^^

Cheers all , I will see what I can muster. I prefer running it with cadence.

You should be able to use any ANT+ sensor.

I use my 705 on 2 road bikes and am just about to get a 2nd cadence sensor as i find it useful as well. I also just got a couple of extra moutns so I can use it on my MTB and singlespeed, without the cadence function.

I like to track total distance, speeds, HR etc on my rides and apart from the extra expense of another cadence sesnor it works well, although only has 3 bike profiles setup, so I cant track each of the 4 bikes separately :(
