I have really skinny legs, anyone have any recommendations for some knee warmers that won't be down near my feet within a few minutes ....

Circumference of my thigh above the knee is about 16inches ...

Cheers.

I've got skinny legs and I use the Assos ones. They seem to stay up just fine.

get some weights and do some arm work.
or do you enjoy looking like a stick insect that's just been liberated from a concentration camp?

Works for the Schleck insect brothers - not that they win anything.
