Hello. Right i have the above mentioned 9 speed cassette not that old. However i recently put all my parts on to a new frame and found my chain was too short. Bummer. So hopeing the teeth wouldn't be to worn i got a new chain and, surprise surprise slipping in the 11t 12t and 14t sprockets. On this cassette these parts are seperate so where can i purchase the right ones from been looking online and it seems a bit of a minefield. don't really want to buy a new cassette as the rest of the sprockets work fine.

Or if i run the chain for a while on the larger sprockets (Which i have been doing for a couple of days) will it wear in and work with the smaller ones eventually?

Any Shimano dealer should be able to order the sprocketts for you, it might be cheaper to buy a new cassette though. It's a little strange it's the smallest sprockets that have worn and I don't think running it will improve it. I'd check the indexing is correct starting with the limit screw wound well out of the way.
It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

    I've bought a new bike....ouch - result
    Can I buy a new bike?...No - no result

indexing is fine when i ran it with the old chain (too short it shifted perfectly put new chain no slipping in smallest sprockets. i do 6 miles a day commute on it so i just mash it in the hardest gear to make a bit more work for myself hence the smallest ones being worn.

    not a service part.

have a look on Petra cycles and you may be lucky.
