Cancellara and the Schlecks going to BMC?

Will Fabian Cancellara and the two Schleck-brothers go to BMC-Racing Team at the end of the season? According to this article they're already in negociations with Rhis:

    I'd heard the Cancellera suggestion last year. Swiss owned team would like the best Swiss rider.

    He could pay for the team like I pay for my own bike and spares, I think he's a billionaire. In Swiss Francs.

    apparently they got sponsors from luxembourg. Rumours about this are going since a while.

    No. Gérard Lopez, Flavio Becca and Eric Lux. But Biver also talked about a new, luxembourg-based team some weeks ago.
