Not had any probs with Parcel-Force from Ribble, fast and reliable. New pair of wheels came next day this week. P-F are a lot better than some of the other "budget" couriers

No worries with PF here from Ribble either. New frame and forks delivered within 24 hours of despatch.

I hate Parcelfarce with an unreserved vengence.

My bike was dispatched on Weds afternoon, and delivery time is 1-3 working days so I was hoping it would be here today.

Maybe Monday, or Tuesday, or Wednesday....... Or maybe they'll tell me they haven't got my parcel and will then send it back to Ribble without leaving me a delivery card, cos they've done that before.

At least I got a poxy apology from them

If they say 1-3 days why can't they try to do 1 day, instead of settling for 3?

C'mon Parcelfarce push yourselves, rise above the cess pit of medicority that is the courier industry. Become a shining beacon, an example, something that other couriers will strive to be like......please Parcelfarce I implore you if not for me, do it for the children and the kittens......the little kittens.

Never had much problem with ParcelForce myself except they're not the quickest.

ShittyLink are my nemesis, never leave a card, on line tracking makes less than no sense with timings and its possibly the most horrendous 'office' I've ever had to visit. :? They once left my parcel on the pavement aswell, not cool.

UPS on the other hand rock, I happen to work locally and the driver now brings anything into work first before attempting to deliver to my home address.

haha, you should try city link/ wiggle. they sent me 3 emails saying they tried to deliver my bike, all within 4 mins of each other. there were no cards left at my house and my parents were in all day anyway waiting for it.

when they were supposed to come to collect it no one came the first time, the second date i was given i rang for an estimated time and they had no record of a pick up. then when they were re delivering it i rang to get an estimated time and they hadn't even loaded it. someone had to chuck it in a van and bring it individually. they were still 3 hours later than they said even though it was only coming from an hours drive away
