A Brighton based charity called Bike for Life has got a limited number of places available on the new 'Bikeworks' scheme. Funding has been provided on the condition that applicants are unemployed AND one of the following:

Single Parents
Over 50's
Women
Black and minority ethnic community.

This accredited course includes cycle maintenance and road training up to Bikeability Level 3. There will also be the option to train to 'Instructor' level for those who qualify.
