Lubrication

Can anyone recommend a basic kit of lubricants - oil, grease etc to use on a bike's running gear, and perhaps a de-greaser to clean it off occasionally? I have used Muc-off but this doesn't seem to be particularly effective.

A simple teflon oil is good for most parts that need oiling - chain, mech pivots, cables etc.

And teflon grease good for the greased parts. All I have ever really used.
