There's more than one of them! The one most visible in all three has identical clothes.
Good for him, the expression on his face says it all.0 -
no idea but REALLY well spotted!0
-
Chapeau, that is a great spot. Maybe he took root after the first year and just decided to stay and keep his spot.0

I think it's a life-size Flandrian gnome.0

I like the way he gave the brown slacks a year off.
That blue cagoul's lasted the other fellow well though!Head Hands Heart Lungs Legs0 -
I don't think he's changed his hairdresser in the past three years either.
And I reckon his white sneakers could be given a rest.
Let's just hope that he changed his jocks. Then again that might be the secret to getting a prime location.0 -
It's good to see that President Bill Clinton made it to the Ronde in the last pic, 2008.
Well spotted for sure. This could become a facinating subsport of pro racing!0 -

I actually thought that was Greg Lemond and not Clinton.
And is that a young Ernie Eels on Greg's left?0 -
Middle pic. Is the bloke in the yellow kagoul playing air guitar?Le Blaireau (1)0

I love the guy in the top photo behind Fabian. One hand in the air, the other on the crotch.
Contorted face.
Think he must be listening to a bit of Saturday Night Fever from the Bee Gees.
Love to know how his photo turned out.0 -

He's also in the bottom pic with the same glasses near Devolder's back.
And Ernie Eels is in the top and bottom photos wearing the same blue parka.
Don't they have clothes shops in Belgium?0 -

On second thoughts maybe it is Greg angrily shaking his fist at Devolder as if to say, "that's robotic pedaling right there not like back in my day when riders were tough, some day I'll get you Stijn." LOL!0 -
Oh very well spotted !0

isn't the first and last picture from the same year?
still....eagle eyes! :shock:0 -
Hehe I'd noticed that bloke too (albeit only this year and last) - Here is his 2009 appearance. He even got his fizzog on the front of the Metro free newspaper the next day too, as I picked up a copy in Brussels.

Yep top and bottom are 2008, Fab had snapped his chain and given up before the Muur in 09, and 08 was when StijnD won in nat champ kit.0 -
Can anyone tell if this video is from the same corner?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6T7TOTu3MyU
If I'm right, from 1'40 to about 1'56 he's right in the middle of the frame, sticking his head out just above one of the yellow flags. He even does his trademark "Crouch-Fists-Scream" manoever at Hincapie.
Is it him though????"Difficult, difficult, lemon difficult"0 -
Why not go next year and stand in his spot? Or is that just being mean?0
-
Watching that video made me realise how good Franco Pellizotti is, he was so far towards the front0

Yep pretty sure its him - he seems to favour that last corner before the riders come round over the top by the Chapel.0 -
But WHO is the 'LUC' banner guy??0

Is that Feehub?Cannondale Supersix / CAAD9 / Boardman 9.0 / Benotto 30000

My eye sight obviously isn't as good - I can't even see three pictures in the OP!0
