Gears Jumping

Noobie looking help with Shimano 105 (12-25, 10spd) cassette + Ultegra Rear Deraillleur. the gears are fine when in the top&bottom 1/2 cassette rings but jumps in the middle ones. can you advise what i need to be looking at before i totally feck the setup?

The bike has only been ridden for 200miles approx.

    new bike. the cable will have stretched and will need the tension adjusting via the barrel adjusters. try adding tension 1/8 of a turn at a time.
