Man, that brings back memories, thanks for posting the links...Looks like it is genuinely Palmer himself selling them (you can see his tattoo in one of the pictures.)

Yeah I found them from his twitter so they're being sold by the man himself. Noticed he's recently sold a Palmer D2 on eBay too. Bet he's got a few laying around.
