Got an email about this today, anyone else doing this for a laugh on Sunday 18th April, it's just a 48 mile easy ride around part of the full route, fingers crossed for sunshine and no wind ..

Yep - I'm doing it - though only the semi-skimmed version as the climbing on the full route looks a bit daunting!0

and having now done it, i like it... a remarkably different experience to last years route, more fast rolling/flat(ish) sections and the descent into looe is really quite spectacular, likewise the climb back out the other side. looking forward to the full route next month even more now
