High Street (Lake District)

I'm planning to do the "High Street & Swindale" 60km killer route from the "Lake District Mountain Biking" route book by Staton / Gore.
The directions in the book are ok but the route map is split over several pages. I've tried looking for the CD of the book so i can print a decent map of the route myself but it looks like it's been discontinued.
Does anyone know where i might be able to get my hands on a map and / or GPS co-ordinates for this route?
Also, if anyone has done this ride before, got any tips?

If you are able to 'copy' the route from the book you could use www.bikehike.co.uk to plote the route on a OS map then save as GPX and a transfer to your GPS for your desired use.
Any help?0 -
Yep, i've used BikeHike before but i don't want to rely on GPS alone.
With it being a long ride, and me being a slow rider, i also want a hard copy map with me just in case the ride outlives the GPS battery life!0 -

Why can't you just print the BikeHike map off?Faster than a tent.......0 -

Can't print OS, only OSMcycle :roll:0 -
Why don't you look at the High Street route on Colins site Nick? He advertises it as a 2 day 43 mile epic, which is similar in distance to the one you're proposing?_____________________________________________
