chain ring size

hi, just a quick question, whats the smallest inner chain ring i could fit to my sram force chain set to run with a 11- 28 cassette.

    If 130mm BCD, 38 teeth or 34 if it's 110mm BCD.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    its the 53 39, so i take that as a 38
