Quick Q on Bib Shorts

Need to buy some new ones urgently as mine are wrecked after 3 years of abuse

dont want to go over the top money wise so have narrowed it down to the following
They are only ever gonna be used for commuting (13 miles each way) and also are covered up with baggies as i "dont do lycra" in the office!

Just found some Pearl Izumi Quests on Evans website for £34 or am i being a cheapskate?

was gonna buy 2 pairs of £30ish instead of 1 decent pair or does it make better sense to just get 1 pair of £60 ones?

dhb quality is very good and good value for money. I have a pair, although not used yet seem the same high quality as the other dhb stuff

I prefer these http://www.prendas.co.uk/details.asp?ID=1428 as the chamois is softer and the material is more comfortable too. DHB ones are good though.

thanks for the input guys, gonna take a walk down bishopsgate at lunch time to the Evans and cycle surgery and see what i can find, if nothing will order some online later
