My Commute is in Bedford about a 4 mile Journey from my House to work in Bedford Town Centre. This includes some reasonably steep hills and a lots weaving through traffic.

haha Thighs are pretty thin at the moment looking to build up some nice Thigh and Calf Muscles, will posts pics in a few weeks with before and after shots!
Hopefuly I'll be part of the lycra crew too soon with all the biking I plan to do!
