as per title. how much - if any is cobbled on the 250km long route

    None.
    Well, the historic centre of Maastricht has some cobbles, there's a short hill near Sittard with cobbles, and there are short cobbled stretches around Eijsden and Eben-Emael, but I don't think the route takes those, and otherwise it's just a couple of 100 meters. All in all, Amstel Gold Race is no longer part of the cobble classics season.

    Very very little but that was in 1996 when I rode it then watched the pros a la RVV.
    Good ol Stefano Zanini won that day and a certain Mr 60%..sorry...Riis came in a very creditable top 5. Lance used to copy the same approach but not this year.
    Amstel Gold always reminds me of a classic but with better weather.
