Nice - Road bike hire

Apologies if there are numerous threads on this. I'm heading over to Nice with the wife at the end of May and have got the green light for a couple of days in the hills whilst she's shopping. I was hoping to find somewhere in Nice, realtively central, where I can hire a decent road bike. If anyone can help me out with a recommendation I'd be grateful.

There is a place across the street from the railway station that rents some road bikes. Best to bring your own pedals. www.loca-bike.fr

There is a bike shop that has loads of road bikes for hire in Beaulieu Sur Mer (on the Monaco bus route) on the 6098 road to Monaco where I have rented road bikes that you could use as an alternative. It's closed on Mondays, the owner recommended loads of good rides/climbs if you need some advice of where to go (ie Col de Madonne, Eze, etc). Can provide pedals if you don't take your own. Sorry can't remember the name of it. You can't miss it the exterior is painted yellow and they also do scooters for hire.0

The company Bike Trip rents a large range of road bikes (aluminium, carbon) in the Nice area. Located at the bottom of the Col de la Madone and center of Nice, this is the good place to start your trip and to ride the Corniches, the Alps, the Col de la Madone, the Col d'Eze or ride the Italy side... They can also deliver the bikes and provided excellent services. Spd and Look pedals, helmets available.
