OSM Maps, all roads passable?

When plotting routes, on bikehike, you could end up plotting a route going on a road that is not passable (according to OS), now I notice on Bike Route Toaster, when I switch to OSM, some roads disappear, so are all roads (red, yellow, grey, green) shown in the screenshot passable?

    ridden all of them - all fine, but dont know what those purple lines are (local boundrys?)

    in fact there is a cycle path running up alongside Naburn not shown there which is more than passable (the solar cycleway - you'll know it being from Selby)

    OSM is a wiki, so accuracy may not 100%, and not all roads may have been added. A lot of my local super minor roads are not present because of it's rural nature.

    However I'd say that due to how the maps are made, if the roads are on there you can ride them
