    i am trying to work out how to get away with an afternoon in front of the tele after all day out on the bike yesterday and two kids under three to entertain. Wife in bed currently obviously, hoping a long lie in will do the trick...... otherwise sky+ then a "Likely Lads' is in order

    Plan to get out on the bike for 2-3 hours, eat, have a nap then catch the last two hours on Eurosport. Might have to source a creme egg to celebrate when Chinny brings home the PTP points....

    Bad timing for me :( away and holiday tomorrow so cant see there being any chance but maybe the last hour with the full eurosport coverage to be scrutinize at a later date
