Bargain beans/gels

Bike shop prices for sports beans and gels and the like seem to be exorbitant. A little pack of beans is 3 euro or something insane. As a result i never buy em, but if I go to the States I pack as many as I can into my suitcase going home. They're generally ca 1 dollar a pack there, which is an inexcusable and inexplicable difference in price.
Mind you I can't always be flying to America to buy them either:). So does anyone have any online sites that do bargain priced bike "food" that would deliver to Ireland?

Look on www.nashbar.com and www.performancebike.com I don't know if they do international shipping or not, but being on my side of the pond, I haven't looked at that option either. You could also look on eBay and see what deals are on there.-The Cowboy

i use powerbar ride shots, £1.80 for a bag of 10 gets me over the big climbs0
