folks

just back from lbs

looking for a bike on cycle to work scheme.......28 mile round commute, over mixture of tarmac cycle path and road

they recommended the above bike

any thoughts???????...worth the money?????

    I had a previous incarnation of that and loved it to bits. Light and fast, nimble around corners with the right tyres. I upgraded the wheels to Aksium in the end as it made the ride better. DC19 rims may buckle if you hit potholes too hard, so beware that.

    Seems they've chaged the gearset. Mine was Tiagra all the way back.

    Best way to find out is to get down to a shop and ride one, really. 28 miles is a fair old way, so you need to be sure you feel comfortable
