Anyone been to S Africa mtb

Hi all, Im off to south Africa and would love to do some off road riding, anyone have suggestions on any good trails and bike shops where i could hire a decent machine out . I will be in Cape town, Frankenschoek, Plettenburg bay, Knysna and Hermanus.
