Cycle the London Marathon rout

I've heard that a large number of fixed/single speed riders are heading to the start of the London Marathon for 6.30am on April 25th (Sunday morning). It's 100% frowned upon and would be great to have 26 miles of central London free of traffic to ride around finishing with a run down the Mall.

Has anyone heard of anyone else doing this and/or is anyone keen on doing it? I'd rather do it on my geared bike that the fixed, looking for others to join...

I know some people did the Great North Run up here - see this thread from LFGSS: http://www.lfgss.com/thread10993.html. Also see here where they discuss the London ride: http://www.lfgss.com/thread38874.html. Looks fun, shouldn't get too much hassle if they go early enough.
