Pump needed.

Hi, need a 19" pump for an old bike. The type that has the valve tube inside that comes out and is screwed into the end. It attaches to a little hook underneath each end of the top tube so a frame pump is no good. Anyone any idea where to get one? Must work and the less expensive the better. Thanks in advance.
