hmm... chainguides (dual ring)

So i'm running dual ring on the P7... do people that convert to dual ring tend to get a chainguide up front? I mean, people that run dual SLX don't need one do they...
I'm waiting for a blackspire stinger to come in stock, but i've been waiting a while now, but i'm struggling to think why i'd need one!

I'm the same, just binned the big ring and a few links. I found you need to be a wee bit more careful with mech setup but that's the only issue, I've very rarely had the chain come off. For some reason it does it a lot if I carry the bike but not when I'm riding.Uncompromising extremist0

Fairy muff guys... cheers! Think i'll try ditching the bash and giving it a go... of to KCNC for some smaller chainring bolts
