edited April 2010 in The bottom bracket
...for week commencing 12th April, when after years of "not getting round to it" I'm going on a 4-day cycle tour over the Pennines.
...turns progressively more settled everywhere over the weekend (9-11th) with a lot of dry weather with some sunshine. Temperatures will return to normal and perhaps locally warm in the south and east but chilly overnight with some patchy fog and frost. Staying mostly dry and fine from the 11th onwards with sunshine by day and clear skies overnight with temperatures near normal.

Yay :D:D:D

I know somone who works at the met office&they do not make it up as you say. They stick a pin in a big chart, then divide by 10&subtract what's left. That's if they're not all drunk by then

But if you watch the 6-15 dauy forecast it changes day by day, this warm and settled theme has only appeared in last couple of forecasts!!! In all truth it is just a forecast and may be broadly correct but timing and details will change. Good for you though if it is right, enjoy! :)
Temp here (mid Wales) currently 4.1c, drizzle, cloudy and cold! :( Yesterday heavy snow / sleet showers all day, cold and very wet :(
