Custom Merlin has to go but how much for?

First of all apologies if this is in the wrong section, but i'm having to sell my bike but dont know how much its worth. I built the bike up around my merlin frame.
a few details are:
merlin aluminum frame 14" (yes i'm a short censored !)
mavic crossmax sl wheels (2008/9)
schwalbe marathon tyres
magura marta hydraulic brakes (red 07/8)
xtr shifters
xtr derailiers F/R
fsa (afterburner i think) crank
shimano xt casette & chain
Planet X fixed front forks
campoligno (spellin!) seat post
and some other hope goodies here and there
i need to sell it as saving up for a deposit for a house, but its my little baby and can see it go cheap :0(
