Back Brake

I have a giant xtc 4.5 and the rear brake has broken. that actual bit that has broken is th circular seal that goes with the piston. I was just wondering if there is a similar brake that I can buy or if you can get a new seal. i have contacted giant and the shop that i purchased the bike from and they said they cannot give a new seal.

What brake is it, the Giant MPH? If they cannot get a new seal then it is new brake time.
