That one was slightly more plausible than the driving around Britain in a Hummer to promote cycling.
(To be honest I think the idea could have some merit, but probably not for bicycle frames)0 -

It's totally obvious it's fake, they never mentioned the 150g or so of air that there would be inside the frame at that pressure.0
