Routes around Beaconsfield???

Ok, so I'm going down to Beaconsfield for a fortnight for a bit of work. I can't stand the thought of being without a bike for 2 weeks and would rather be riding the mtb than the roadie
Anyone know any good routes around there? May have a car, may not, but I don't mind riding to a decent spot, I ride a 3 hour round trip to cannock chase but I'm not sure if I'll have that much time while I'm down there, and would rather be spending it off road.
Also if anyone know any decent climbing walls in the area?
Thanks

Climbing walls - there's one in Amersham at the Chiltern Pools. Not a climber myself so don't know if it's "decent"

There's a thread a bit further down this page about routes in the Chilterns. I'm thinking of just getting an OS map and heading out cross country on some paths, personally.0
