XTR Jockey wheel query

Ok, I'm confused! I have an xtr m972 shadow rear mech and need some new jockey wheels - easy I thought until I went to buy them.
Which ones do I need!?!?! There's loads :roll:

I have these, much better than the standard plastic ones.
