Are these brake calipers any good? What are they like for stopping power? Are they the equivalent to Dura Ace 7900?

Not used 7900 but do have the Px brakes on my TT bikes and I'm suprised how good they are after not being to happy with some ZGs I had once. They aren't as good as my SRAM Reds but certainly ok performance considering the weight and build.
I put my swissstop pads in which might have helped as well.

Very happy with mine - running with Ultegra 6700, plenty of stopping power. May well change the pads to swiss stops, but that's because I want to as much as anything.

seem ok - powerful enough and very narrow, so aero -, but a fiddle to set up as they are only single pivot. Cable clamp bolt arrangement is not great -

in retrospect, i would have preferred ultegra dual pivots as i find the ratchet that adjusts the caliper width easier to use.

    I've got them too.

Took Sram force off and put these on. Power and modulation is great can't fault them (I'm on 65kgs if that makes a difference). The pads that come with them are pretty good too.

A little fiddly to set up with the single pivot plus I was worried about the grub screw cable holding arrangement but so far no probs at all.

    Plus they look v cool.

Same as everyone else - they're very light for a modest downside in adjustability and (ultimate) stopping power, at an excellent price.

The forged ones are just as good as the CNC (I have a pair of each).

Yup I have em and rate them highly.

A bit fiddly due to losing some adjustment ability but pretty much fit em and forget them.

Considering I descended Doi Inthanon on them in February and survived I would say they work very well. (Thailands highest mountain and damn steep too!)

Ive been doing some searching and found other calipers in the same field, and would like peoples opinion who might have them or used them.

I have the PX CNC brakes.
I replaced a set of SRAM Force with them.
They are very light & work.
Fiddly to set up, and fiddly to getyour wheel out of them, too. The QR is not very QR!
They do what it says on the tin, but I wouldn't bother again...

+1 - they look good and do eventually work, but they are a hassle to set up and KEEP set up. I seem to have to adjust them before every ride.

Stopping power is OK. Not as good as dual pivot calipers, but they get the job done.

These are now £75 with code EMPXRADAR, with swiss stop pads.

Are they are worthy upgrade on 5600 105 or will I not notice a great deal?

They''ll save ~145g for probably a small loss of function.

I've got the red anodised ones and they really do look the part! However, setting them up is a bit of a faff and the braking power was nowhere near as good as my ultegra 6600's until I put Swissstop green pads on.

    This transformed the stopping power!

Just seen the price of the Swissstop pads, and at £20 a pair makes these a very good deal!

So these with the swissstops, better than 105s with std pads?

yep, just ordered a pair, cant argue with 75 notes inc swissstops!
