FOX DHX AIR - Rebound Knob JAMMED!

Hello

My FOX DHX4.0 Air has the rebound adjustment knob (red dial) jammed up on the slowest rebound adjustment.

Have contacted Fox which recommended I clean area around the knob - they suspected grime was jamming things up. I have cleaned up and this is NOT the case.

Anybody can help PLEASE? Very soon I am going on a bike trip abroad and my bike's handling sucks!

    then call Mojo again and arrange for it to de sorted. or if under warranty get the shop to sort it.

    I live in Malta , no Fox service centre here and shipping the shock back and forth to UK is my last resort.

    So any suggestion on how to solve this on the field is welcome
