Brake has leaked all the oil out.

A mate of mine kindly gave me some deore brakes he had lying around. Anyways, one of the screws was missing so I found one that I thought held the lid firmly in place. It blead out. Now, is it worth buying the mineral oil and bleed kit for a tenner, finding the correct screw and fixing it. Or, should I just buy a new lever for £20? Also, would the new lever come with oil?

You would need to bleeddd and fill with oil anyway with a new lever, so I'd fix what you have and get the kit.
