Bike turbo sizes, so confusing I have

Continental Ultra Sport 700x23c Tires, so what tubes size am i looking at to fit these tires?

I am looking at the Continental

Race28 60mm tube,
Race28 42mm tube,

Which one?

I am not sure what the different is

Depends how deep your rim is.

60mm and 42mm are the valve lengths
