Tiagra 50-F outer chain ring (compact)

So I've looked everywhere, but you can't seem to get these any more. Need to replace mine as the teeth look like spindles rather than teeth, anybody else know where I can look (internet or real world)?

Or is there an alternative I can buy that will fit on my crankset?
