TGIF!

Last day in the office until the 6th April - Woop Woop!

Rode in this morning, reasonably quickly - nice tail wind. Think I'll be getting a soaking on the way home, but TBH, I won't really care. :D

    Mornin' everybody!

I too, had a good ride in, though it was a head wind, but it made it a nice challenge. i think we're due rain for the ride home too. Never mind.
Today, i'm at work, and I think that I'm going to be pricing up a bike mentioned in another thread. I know I can't afford to (really I can't, I'm saving for a deposit on a house i'm moving to in a few weeks!) but I do have a credit card...
It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Last day of uni proper for the year today. Got a month off, then 2 weeks of optional revision lectures, then a couple of exams before my 4 month summer break.

    It's a hard life...

    morning all,

didn't cycle into work today as my home brew kit arriving today at work and cycling home with a big box is def not a good idea.

plan for tonight will be starting the brewing, it will be my first time to do home brew, so hopefully it all go well and i will have 40 pints of lovely beer on time for BBQ.
    :D

nothing plan for the rest of the weekend as its not pay day until Wednesday. :(

last day of college today for 2 weeks :D:D:D:D:D if only the weather gave me as much enthusiam, very dark here in the midlands, it best pick up cos im plannin to be riding everyday over the 2 weeks and cant stand another turbo trainer sweat fest :(

oh well house party tonight, and work and f1 quali tomorrow so i imagine ill get to sunday and will be dead

plus on a slightly worrying note, i downloaded a NHS drink tracker for my ipod and put in what i normally consider an average social "not get tw4ted" night out - 6 pints and 5-6 vodka and cokes - and i was off the freekin chart  so technically every time i go out im on a binge
  • Mrs CWNT took my car this morning as hers is at the garage and I was supposed to be working from home.
Of course, 30 seconds after she leaves, I get a call saying I absolutely have to come in to the office right now or the whole world will end zomg!!1111! and so on.

This means I have to take......the bus
Of course, it was 10 mins late, then it took the most indirect route I could have ever planned and on top of that, they charged me a whole english pound for the pleasure. GOD I hate buses!

To top it all off, I get in to work and the major emergency turned out to be that some fucknugget had essentially switched something off and nobody had noticed.

This now means that if my wheels arrive this morning, there will be nobody in to sign for them, meaning I'll have to go all the way to the sorting office tomorrow to get them.

    and my ribs still hurt.

    and I've got man-flu.

Still, I think I can hear a bacon butty calling me!

Hey, that morning cup of coffee is very important.

    Morning all,

Well, my day basically sucks. My Nan passed away this morning in hospital. (I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, hospitals aren’t bloody good for you)

So just getting through work today, then off to pick up the offspring and take them round to see my Dad. Pretty sure he could do with a kiddy cuddle (they’re the best).

In other news, I think my cold is clearing so this weekend the Scott will be getting a dam good thrashing.
