Running 9sp cassete on mavic ksyrium elite

I'm considering purchasing a ksyrium elite wheelset and just want to know how the the 9sp shimano cassette will work on the hub. will i need a spacer of some sort to make it compatible?

I run that setup. Just the mavic 3mm spacer is needed on the freehub.
