Penmacno up up up!

Just been fort 2 days in Wales - did the usual coed-y-brenin - always a grin on the Beast and then did Penmacno.....
It is a really picturesque trail - so many picture postcard views, hundreds of beautiful waterfalls etc.... but does it always feel like you are going up? Sure there are some fantastic downs and miles of singletrack - really narrow with loads of pedal hitting opportunities so you have to be sharper with your riding, but up and up and up, bit of level, and up and down and up and up.... you get the picture!
Start and finish at the same spot so it must even out...... other centres sure have the obligatory long slog up, but then drop like a stone so you sure as hell know you are going down..... penmacno only had a few real downs - last bit is fantastic.

Did the Pen' the week before it officially opened in the snow/ice.
Planning on going again, as soon as injury fixed.
