  • Now that geoff_SS hasn't posted since November, I actually think I might be one of the forum's granddaddies. But the biggest age anybody has admitted to so far seems to be 17 - and then I'm not sure whether it's years or centimetres or inches people are talking about.

So, as a clue, the year of my birth (decade, year) is the same as my age....

You've both assumed I've had my birthday this year  (Plenty of time to send me cakes)

Stone Glider, I salute your seniority!

EDIT: and as proof of my advancing age, I managed to forget a birthday. Yes, you're both correct: I am 55.

He he, it's also having a big bin in your brain labelled ''this makes no sense at all'' and you find that 98.32%* of life ends up going in there.

    *figures may vary.

Don't be shy now, Porgy. 3*** and 1/3 can mean that you're one-and-a-1/3, two-and-a third, or a three figure cyclist: 100 and a third.

I'd guess 41. Up or down?
