Bike spraying recomendation!?

A friend of mine has recently decided to restore an old road bike and needs to have some to strip the old paintwork off, repair (if necessary) and respray the frame.
He lives in West London and is looking for a decent place to send it (locally preferably) - any recomendations?

Argos Racing do lovely work (not at all related to the shop)
Not quick though, took them 3 weeks to do my mates A-Line, but that could have been a lot less if he actually spoke to them before turning up at their door with a striped (of parts) frame.

You could try them, a mate have tried both Bob Jackson and Argos and they did excellent job but Argos is more expensive though.0
