I had managed to wangle a regional office tour that culminated in a trip to the Bali office on Friday followed by a weekend of cycling on the island....sounds great right?

Boxed my bike up last night and in the process - twang - did my back in again!

So now I have the business trips on cramped planes with a very painful back without the fun!!!!

Majorly pi$$ed off indeed.
