Hi all, i'm 29, live in London where there actually isn't any mountains and have been riding road bikes since i was 20. I'm currently looking at joing the mountain biking scene and would like to know what the general age group of mountain bikers are cos i don't want to feel like i'm starting as an oap. I would also like recommondations on good mountain bike for a noob like me. Cheers all and have good one.
