Where to buy kiddies bike upgrades online?

I am trying to breathe some life into a donated Ridgeback 16" for my boy. Good looking bike.

Have some colourful new brake levers and tyres but need some new mini cranks for it but can't seem to find any - Chain Reaction, Parkers, SJS etc seem to have nothing for the wee 'uns - any ideas for online places to shop?!
