Reputable bike shops???

Is it just me over here in the States or is something wrong with your bike shops over there? Seems like someone posts a request for a "reputable" shop, in one area or another, almost daily. Over here there are all types of shops from low end to high end
and everything in between but they ALL seem reputable. Able to service what they sell
and sell parts and labor for whatever type of shop they are, from junk bikes to carbon fiber dream machines. Just curious.
