Needing new shoes

Howdy again from across the Pond!
So I'm needing a new pair of shoes as mine are a tad bit tight in the toes. My current pair are Louis Garneau's, which I like, but I have never experienced anything else. Anyone have any particular brands/models they like? I looked at some other posts on here and a lot of folks appear to like the Sidi shoes. Any other brands I should consider?

I like Shimano shoes.Good fit, good quality and affordable.
The only down side is I feel like I'm cheating on my Campag groupset and team kit by wearing them.
I have the RO85 and RO86 shoes and both feel great over long distances.0 -
Hmm, I will have to look at them. Any suggestions for a guy who wears a size 47 and has slightly wider than normal feet?-The Cowboy

Lots of folks, including me, rave about Specialized body geometry shoes. There are a few to choose from depending on budget, but the S-Works are awesome and older models are available on the web for significantly less than RRP.0

Northwave are good for wider feet also.0

That's me.
I have a pair of Specialized BG shoes. Very comfortable, but very heavy too.
I've 'upgraded' to some Sidi ergo2s and they feel very different. On the bike they are very comfortable and offer a great platform. But they rub and chaffe with any walking.
I didn't expect the Sidis to fit, but was pleasantly surprised.0 -
If you have wide fit the sidis wont fit, they size up a size smaller than youd expect and are quite narrow. But they do do the mega range that are a wide fit.
I would say try some regular and mega sidis. They are like sex for feet, not in a tit for tat arrangement, but... you get what i mean.0 -
I think Sidi do a 'Mega' range of their shoes for people with feet like canoes.God made the Earth. The Dutch made The Netherlands
