I'm leading a club run at the weekend on Sunday but I'm not familiar of any good cafes on route, anyone have any idea of any on the route that are good for cyclists.

Thanks
Will.

Only ones I know of are Sid's Cafe in Holmfirth, and the Glossop Cafe, which is on the Chunal road, just S of the A57 junction.

There's one in Hope too, just after you turn off the A-road, on the right.

Is it cycle friendly? Hope would be just at the right distance too.

Yep, been in all three when I've been out cycling.

I think there was another in Hope too, that was just the first one I came to (after riding down from Edale) but I'm sure there was another on the main road too.

The one in Hope,on the main road is called the Woodbine.
    Excellent cyclists/walkers cafe,with wooden benches & tables,& top food & cakes
    Your clubmates will be impressed

I can think of a few pretty reasonable pubs...

The Cheshire Cheese in Hope (not Castleton) on the road towards Edale.

There is a farm up Barber Booth that often does teas. (BTW: I have quite liked the teashop at the top of the Cat and Fiddle at the Macclesfield side of the pub (about half a mile away?).
